- Travel details such as dates, destinations, passenger preferences and booking history.

3. How we use information
We use information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, make and manage bookings, assist with visa or Umrah services, process payments, provide support, prevent misuse, meet legal obligations and improve our services. 4. Who receives information
We share only what is reasonably needed with airlines, hotels, tour operators, transport providers, insurers, payment providers, visa application centres, embassies or authorities, technology providers and professional advisers. These recipients may operate outside Pakistan and apply their own privacy terms. We do not sell personal information.

We retain information only as long as needed for the booking, customer support, accounting, dispute handling and legal requirements. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage method is completely secure.
