Booking agreement

Terms & Conditions

By approving a quote, paying a deposit or asking us to issue a booking, you agree to these terms and any supplier terms disclosed for that booking.

1. Our role

Skymate arranges or assists with travel services supplied by third parties, including airlines, hotels, tour operators, transport companies, insurers and visa-processing bodies. Their availability, performance and rules remain subject to their own terms. We are responsible for providing our agency services with reasonable care, but do not control third-party operations.

2. Quotes and booking confirmation

Quotes are estimates based on availability at the time issued. Fares, taxes, exchange rates and inventory may change until full or required payment is received and the supplier confirms or issues the service. A booking is confirmed only when we provide written confirmation or an issued ticket/voucher.

3. Customer responsibilities

  • Check every traveller’s name, dates, route and passport details before payment and immediately after documents are issued.
  • Ensure passports, visas, permits, vaccinations and entry requirements are valid for the entire journey.
  • Provide complete, accurate information and genuine documents on time.
  • Arrive by the supplier’s required check-in or meeting time and comply with baggage and conduct rules.

4. Payments

Payment deadlines, instalments and accepted methods will be stated in the quote or invoice. Bank, card, currency-conversion and supplier charges may apply. Failure to pay by a deadline may result in cancellation or repricing.

5. Changes and cancellations

Customer-requested changes and cancellations are governed by the relevant airline, hotel or supplier rules plus any disclosed Skymate service charge. Some fares, deposits, visa fees and promotional bookings are non-refundable. See the Refund Policy.

6. Visas and entry decisions

We assist with preparation and submission where offered, but no visa or entry decision can be guaranteed. Decisions and processing times belong solely to embassies, consulates, visa centres and border authorities. Fees already paid remain subject to their rules if an application is refused or delayed.

7. Events outside control

Schedules and services can be affected by weather, strikes, government action, health events, security issues, supplier insolvency or other events outside reasonable control. We will assist with available alternatives, but extra costs and refunds remain subject to supplier rules and applicable law.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Skymate is not liable for indirect or consequential loss or for a third-party supplier’s act or omission. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Customers should obtain suitable travel insurance.

9. Website content

Prices, processing times, destination information and availability displayed online are indicative and may change. Website content is general information and not an unconditional offer or guarantee.

10. Complaints and governing law

Report a problem promptly so we can try to resolve it while assistance is possible. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of Pakistan unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
